Upper receivers start with USA Milled 7075 Aerospace Alloy Aluminum, then saw cut to length on our Programmable CNC Marvel Saw. Lathe operations are performed on live tooling Mazak Machines, and then transferred to our New Haas SS mills with Touch probe Capabilities. After machining, parts are sent out for a hard coat anodize process.
